Pure-Health consists of PVC, resin and fibreglass cladding and floorings with a special mix of Titanium dioxide, a molecule that is capable of eliminating more than 99% of the viruses, bacteria and mould present in the environment where it is used with the aid of the action of sunlight or a broad spectrum UV lamp.
Pure-Health functions by means of photocatalysis, that is a natural reaction of oxidation of the organic particles. It is produced by lighting up the surfaces of the medical vehicle with fluorescent lamps or sunlight. When the photo catalysis is performed in internal environments, in combination with the moisture in the air, it produces hydroxyl radicals that destroy the VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds, that is bacteria, viruses and moulds).
