Vehicles for transporting disabled people

Orion has a company philosophy and a policy for making extremely innovative products in Italy and in line with the latest European standards. Orion vehicles are certified in respect of the laws of the sector, with high standards in the tests and in the manufacturing procedures that always guarantee top performances while in service.
Orion also outfits various models of special-purpose vehicles for the Civil Protection service and for transporting disabled persons. The vehicles with automatic hoist and the vehicles with an access ramp for wheelchairs are now the most popular models, however Orion also guarantees the outfitting of 9-seater medium-sized mixed-configuration vehicles.

Tailored construction of all kinds of vehicles

In the health sector, Orion has also been one of the main innovators in terms of the interior of the medical bay and for the disposition of the flashing lights and the external lighting systems. Orion has, for example, created Domino, the first completely modular fibreglass ambulance, and has established itself as the main player for outfitting top-of-the-range vehicles like Mercedes Sprinter, Renault Master, Volkswagen Transporter or Peugeot Boxer.
